Create an account in MyCTSFW. If you already have an account, log in.

Step 3

Verify your newly created account with a code from your email.

Step 4

When signed in, click “Start a New Application” to begin or work on the application.

Sign in to the CTSFW Community Portal. If you do not already have an account, you can “Sign Up” for one on the login page.

Verify your account by entering the code sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it right away.

Now that you have an account, click “Begin My Application” again to complete the application.
