“As Lutherans, we have the most beautiful confession in the world. It’s what the world needs now more than ever. It’s very exciting to be part of the process of the church forming men to proclaim that confession to the world.” –Rev. Brian Stark, CTSFW Admission Counselor
Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), invites pastors to prayerfully consider two Admission Counselor positions. Our new counselors will draw on their experience in pastoral ministry and discernment to walk alongside prospective seminary students throughout the Admission process, addressing concerns and offering encouragement and insight rooted in faith and wisdom.
One of the two positions also includes the responsibility of directing CTSFW’s Christ Academy programs, which combine confessional catechesis, liturgical worship, and activities for participants of various ages.
Review of applications will start immediately and continue until positions are filled.
If you know a pastor in The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod with a strong sense of vocation, outstanding relational skills, and a heart for the seminary and its mission, please encourage them to consider this opportunity.
Founded in 1846, Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, forms servants of Jesus Christ in a vibrant, Christ-centered theological community that engages and resources the church and the world, domestically and internationally, with distinctively Lutheran teaching, practice, and worship.
