Greetings in Christ from the Christ Academy staff at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne!
We would like to invite you to consider attending one of our Christ Academy: Confirmation Retreats that take place every year in the fall and the spring. Each retreat focuses on one of the six chief parts of Luthers’ Small Catechism and reflects our Christ Academy tradition: confessional catechesis, liturgical worship, and fun life together.
Each retreat begins with check-in on Friday evening between 6 and 7 p.m. After dinner, the first catechetical session begins at 8 p.m, followed by an evening prayer service. On Saturday, the schedule consists of four catechetical sessions, three prayer services, a seminary questionnaire panel, and a fun evening event for the students. The retreat concludes on Sunday after church at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in downtown Fort Wayne.

Topic: The Ten Commandments
This invitation extends to any of the youth in your congregation who are preparing for first communion or confirmation. The cost for each student is $110 which covers food, housing, classes, and an entertainment activity. We do ask that an appropriate number of chaperones attend to oversee the students.
