CTS Celebrates Participation in
Synodical Convention

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (CTS)— The 65th Regular Convention of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) brought new opportunities for Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, to work with the Synod's members as it helped numerous congregations build websites and shared the video, Seminary Matters. The video can be seen, and shared, by clicking here.

The seminary thanks the Synod for its newly elected Board of Regents members: the Rev. Dean M. Bell, Hendrum, Minn., the Rev. William M. Cwirla, Hacienda Heights, Calif. and Ms. Mani Vang, Oakdale, Minn. Also elected for another term was Mr. David P. Held, Seward, Neb. We pray for each board member and look forward to serving with them.

“The work accomplished during the convention is vitally important and we thank all the delegates who gave of their time to advance the important work of the LCMS. Their efforts help provide the foundation for our shared mission of proclaiming the life-saving message of the Gospel to all parts of the world,” commented the Rev. Dr. Lawrence R. Rast Jr., president of CTS. “To that end, the seminary pledges to remain a faithful partner in this mission as we form servants in Jesus Christ who teach the faithful, reach the lost and care for all.”
