Residence Hall Reservation Form
(Deaconess Intensive Classes)

Please note the following regarding meal service in the Dining Hall:

  1. On the day of your arrival, you are welcome to eat in the Dining Hall but the cost of those meals is not included in your meal plan. If you intend on eating in the Dining Hall on the 25th, please be prepared to pay cash for your meal. The purchase price of a meal in the Dining Hall is $7.00.
  2. On Saturdays the Dining Hall does not open until 11:00 for brunch.
  3. Your meal plan includes three meals per day Monday through Friday. On Sunday the 26th, your meals will be off campus. On Saturday the 1st, you will have brunch in the Dining Hall. On Sunday the 2nd, you will have dinner in the Dining Hall.

Reservation Options:

Option 1

Arrive evening of January 25, depart after class February 7 (13 nights).

  • Board=$244
  • Total=$530

Option 2

Arrive evening of January 25, depart morning of February 8 (14 nights).

  • Room=$308
  • Board=$244
  • Total=$552

*If you require room & board outside of the options listed, you will be billed at the rate of $45 per day for room & board.
